About FleetLeave

FleetLeave is a focused product being built for one problem: PTO and absence management for logistics and transportation operations, where a meaningful part of the workforce is on the road or on a warehouse floor, not at a desk.

Most PTO and HR software is designed for office workforces first, with mobile access and deskless workflows added on afterward. That approach breaks down for a trucking company, a delivery fleet, or a warehouse operation where drivers don't have a company email, coverage risk is a daily operational concern, and PTO accrual often depends on hours actually worked, not just tenure.

FleetLeave was built the other way around — starting from the mobile experience a driver actually needs, the approval context a dispatcher or terminal manager actually uses, and the accrual math that actually matches how logistics companies pay their people.

We're currently in early access, working directly with logistics companies to refine the product against real operational needs. We're upfront about what's built today and what's on the roadmap — every prospective customer gets a straightforward answer during a demo, not a sales pitch that oversells where things stand.
